OrangeZely LLC ("we", "us") handles information about users of "TransLoop" (the "Service") as set out below.

1. Information We Collect

Account information	Your Google account's email address, display name, profile picture, and identifier (sub)
My Dictionary	Source/translation pairs you have saved
Usage	Daily and monthly check counts, character counts, tokens processed
Technical logs	Access timestamps, endpoints, processing time, HTTP status
Subscription information	Plan type and expiration date via RevenueCat (we never obtain your credit card information)

2. Information We Do Not Store

We do not store the body text you check on our servers. It is discarded on our side once translation and checking are complete.
Check history is stored only on your device (the most recent 50 entries). It is lost if you delete the app.
We never obtain payment information such as credit card numbers.
However, text you explicitly save to "My Dictionary" is stored on our servers, since that is the nature of the feature.

3. Sharing with External Parties

Text you enter and its translation are sent to OpenAI's API to perform translation, back-translation, and difference detection. OpenAI states that data sent via its API is not used to train its models (per OpenAI's API data usage policy). Transmission is encrypted in transit.

4. Purposes of Use

Providing the Service, authentication, and managing usage limits according to your plan
Detecting and preventing fraud and abnormal load
Responding to inquiries
Statistical processing to improve the Service (in a form that does not identify individuals)

5. Disclosure to Third Parties

Except as required by law, we do not disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent. This excludes the processing partner described in Section 3 (OpenAI) and our payment processors (RevenueCat and the respective app stores).

6. Retention and Deletion

Account information and My Dictionary are retained for as long as your account exists.
Technical logs are automatically deleted after 30 days.
Deleting your account from the in-app settings screen permanently and irrecoverably erases the corresponding data on our servers.
